We are hiring for the 10AM to 8PM shift and it is essential to be able to work on weekends .
DOWN PAY IS $17 PER HOUR

We are a "Scratch Kitchen", specializing in comfort food, and we are looking for line cooks with breakfast experience and the ability to follow recipes.
Our cuisine is fast and order-based. We are looking for clean, efficient and reliable people.
It is mandatory to have (or be willing to obtain within the first 30 days) the ServSafe certificate and to have reliable transportation .

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT: Have experience cooking breakfast and lunch on a griddle (flat iron) in fast kitchens.

We are looking for experienced cooks (minimum 1 year) in high-volume, full-service restaurants , who want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.

If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you as a cook in our quick-service restaurant. We are looking for someone who can operate food stations, cook in high volume and comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ideal profile:

  • Experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food restaurants, quick service or Fast casual

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team

  • Excellent time management skills

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum of experience working with griddles and food preparation

  • Ability to prepare multiple orders safely and efficiently

  • Know how to properly use and clean the griddle, grinder and fryer

  • Ability to work amicably and effectively with other team members

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards

  • Support meal preparation for cooking and special events

  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen

  • Keep the work area clean and organized

Desired experience:

  • Previous experience in cooking or food handling

  • Knowledge of preparation techniques and industry standards

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes to the letter

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or other similar role in restaurant or food service

  • Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and preparation methods
